油箱容量為80-100升的雙回路液壓站可供兩個液壓執(zhí)行元件工作。 

 液壓站是為機床和機械設備中的液壓系統提供液壓油源的裝置，使液壓動力卡盤，液壓滑臺，尾座頂尖，回轉刀架，轉位工作臺等部件中的液壓執(zhí)行元件進行工作。中型機床常用的液壓站已規(guī)格化，油箱容量為50-80升的單回路液壓站可供一個液壓執(zhí)行元件工作。 

本液壓液壓泵站是選用臺灣葉片泵，油箱及其部件，臺灣電機進行組裝，專爲數控機床配套的專業(yè)液壓站。 運行可靠穩(wěn)定，功能完善，是生産數控機床廠家的首選。兩個以上多回路液壓站或有特殊要求的液壓站，均可根據用戶的詳細要求制造。液壓站如選用限壓變量泵，當液壓系統的壓力達到設定值后，泵的輸出流量自動減少，因此減少了液壓系統的發(fā)燒，也降低了功率消耗。
